Maintenance of electronic table scales:

(1) Preparation before use: Please place the electronic scale on a stable flat desktop or on the ground. Do not place it on a table or stand with unstable vibration, and avoid placing it in a place where the temperature changes too much or the air flow is severe. For example, direct sunlight or cold air outlet, use independent power socket to avoid interference from other electrical appliances, adjust the adjustment feet of the electronic scale, make the scale stable and the bubble in the level is in the center of the circle. When the power is turned on, do not place the item on the scale. On the plate, use the heat machine for more than 15 minutes before use (high-precision scale must be longer)

(2) Precautions for use: Do not rinse with rain or water. If it is accidentally wet, wipe it with a dry cloth. When the function of the machine is not normal, repair it as soon as possible.

(3) It is strictly forbidden to knock and impact: Do not place in high temperature and humid environment (except for special waterproof and anti-corrosion scale). Do not allow cockroaches or small creatures to invade the machine to avoid damage. If the electronic scale is not used for a long time, the machine must be wiped clean, and the desiccant should be wrapped in a plastic bag. The dry battery should be taken out. When using the rechargeable battery, it should be charged every three months to ensure the service life.

(4) Regular calibration: In order to maintain the accuracy of the scale, it should be corrected at least once a year. The calibration method can be entrusted to a reputable bank store, laboratory or government certification unit. If used in the factory, you can also purchase a set of standard weights that are suitable for your own inspection and regular calibration.

b) Mechanical buttons: combined by many individual buttons

c) Vibrating button: generally only for booting

d) Touch button: It is a new technology that requires a dedicated IC, which is very fashionable but costly.
